Chandigarh: The Punjab Vigilance Bureau (VB), during its ongoing campaign against corruption in the state, has arrested a police Constable Kindar Singh, posted at police station Garhshankar, in Hoshiarpur district for demanding and accepting a bribe of Rs 30000.
