Shimla: The Himachal Pradesh Cabinet, at its meeting chaired by Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, on Monday decided to establish a state-of-the-art Cancer Care Centre at Dr Radhakrishnan Government Medical College in Hamirpur town.
