Ranchi/Lucknow: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Friday arrested a Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) official in Jharkhand for allegedly accepting a ₹50,000 bribe from a man seeking a job on compassionate grounds, officials said. The accused, Dipak Giri, Manager (Personnel–HR) at the Dakra Project Office of CCL, had allegedly demanded a ₹1.5 lakh bribe.
