Kolkata: West Bengal Governor C.V. Ananda Bose has submitted a detailed report to President Droupadi Murmu and the Union Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on Wednesday regarding the alleged gangrape of a Dalit medical student in Durgapur, West Burdwan district. An insider from Raj Bhavan confirmed that the Governor’s report includes observations from his visit.
