In the 1,731 unauthorized colonies of the capital Delhi, there will no longer be a need for any kind of NOC (No Objection Certificate) to install electricity meters. Previously, obtaining an NOC from the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) was mandatory for installing electricity meters in these colonies. However, people have now been freed from this.
