New Delhi: The Delhi High Court on Thursday issued a notice to the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on a petition by Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez seeking to quash a money laundering case registered against her by the agency. She has challenged the ED’s complaint and the second supplementary charge sheet dated August 17, 2022 under Sections.
New Delhi: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has summoned Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren for questioning on December 12, sources said. Soren, who is also the leader of the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM), has been asked to appear before the agency in connection with its money laundering case. This is for the sixth time, the ED.
