The Delhi government on Monday approved a new electric vehicle (EV) policy under which all electric cars with an ex-showroom price of Rs 30 lakh or less in Delhi will be given 100 percent exemption in road tax and registration fees. Under the new policy, people buying two-wheelers will get a subsidy of Rs 30,000.
