New Delhi: The NIA Special Court, Kolkata, West Bengal, has sentenced one accused to Rigorous Imprisonment, along with fine, in the 2021 fake Indian currency seizure case. Three accused have been convicted in this case so far. Two of the four accused arrested and chargesheeted in the case (RC-08/2020/NIA/DLI) were convicted earlier under relevant sections.
