A case of fraud has come to light in Ludhiana involving a close associate of Ashok Parashar Pappi, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA from the Central Assembly constituency who allegedly swindled money under the pretext of securing jobs. The accused defrauded two young men who were working at a de-addiction center and the civil.
