New Delhi: Delhi Police have detained five individuals involved in cyber fraud activities connected to Chinese operatives, officials announced on Friday. The North-West District Cyber Police successfully solved a cheating case involving two suspects, Pawan and Mankiraat Dhillon, who allegedly swindled a victim out of ₹21 lakh by promising high returns via a fake share.
