Belagavi: A local court on Wednesday convicted 12 people in connection with the Dalit woman nude parade case that was reported from Vantamuri village of Karnataka’s Belagavi district. On December 10, 2023, the 42-year-old woman was dragged out of her house, stripped, and paraded. She was later tied to an electric pole and assaulted, reportedly.
