Gurugram: In a strong campaign against wrong-side driving, the Gurugram Traffic Police issued 19,146 challans totaling Rs 99.42 lakh in fines during the past month, police officials announced on Saturday. Under the directives of Commissioner of Police Vikas Arora, traffic authorities took strict action against vehicles found driving on the wrong side, especially at key.
