Punjab Finance, Planning, Excise and Taxation Minister Advocate Harpal Singh Cheema said that under the ‘Bill Laao Inam Pao’ scheme, 227 winners who uploaded their bills on ‘Mera Bill App’ in the month of September won a prize of Rs 13,39,425. He said that the online lucky draw was conducted on Monday by a committee.
