Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini launched an upgraded QR code-based Track and Trace system and eight online excise services to strengthen transparency, monitor liquor supply chains, and improve digital governance. The state also urged taxpayers to benefit from the OTS-2026 scheme for pre-GST tax dues.
