Last week, a Bench of Justices Vikram Nath and P.B. Varale opined that the matter should be placed before the same Bench which had passed directions on EVMs in April this year.
Ratia: After being dropped from the candidature to re-enter the poll fray in Haryana, BJP Ratia legislator Lakshman Napa has resigned from the party’s primary membership.
