Punjab’s Sadak Surakhya Force has emerged as a dedicated highway safety force, responding to 43,983 road accidents and helping 47,386 people since February 2024. With rapid response, specialised training and technology-driven policing, the SSF is now expanding its coverage and adopting AI, drones and satellite data for safer roads.
