Jalandhar: ED, Jalandhar Zonal Office has provisionally attached movable and immovable properties worth Rs. 3.61 Crore on 17/02/2025 under the provisions of the PMLA, 2002 in an investigation related to disproportionate assets against Kailash Kumar Singla, the then Executive Engineer of Punjab State Water Resources. Singla and his colleague, superintendent engineer Suresh Goel, also caught.
