New Delhi: Indian Railways on Thursday introduced JPP-RCS train services to connect small farmers of Kashmir valley so that they can transport their perishable products on Budgam-Adarsh Nagar-Budgam (BDGM-ANDI-BDGM) route on a daily basis.
