Ludhiana: Within 24 hours of killing Aam Aadmi Party leader Tarlochan Singh who was shot dead in his village Ikolaha in Khanna, the Khanna Police arrested an assailant who belonged to the same village. According to the police, the accused had gunned down Tarlochan Singh due an old enmity which dates back to a 2019.
