Bathinda: In Punjab’s Bathinda, two youths were caught red-handed by farmers who were stealing oil from an electric transformer. Both were tied with a rope. Later, they were handed over to the police, who reached the spot. Last night, two youths were stealing oil from a transformer installed in a field on the Kotsamir road.
