In a major breakthrough in the murder of LGBTQ content creator Madan Sandhu, the Punjab Police's Counter Intelligence Wing, Jalandhar, in a joint operation with the Mumbai Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS), has arrested the main accused, Jobanpreet, from Mumbai.
