Imphal: Police in Manipur have arrested four militants of the banned United National Liberation Front (P) (UNLF-Pambei) outfit and two members of the radical Meitei group “Arambai Tenggol” after a violent clash between the two groups in Manipur’s Imphal East district on Saturday.
