New Delhi : The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) announced on Monday that an agreement has been reached regarding patrolling arrangements along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in the India-China border area. The information was shared ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Kazan, Russia, for the 16th BRICS summit scheduled from October.
New Delhi: Amid unrest in Bangladesh, the Ministry of External Affairs is making all efforts to evacuate Indian Students. In regard, a press release telling the number of Indian students evecauated was released by MEA. The release said that the High Commission of India in Dhaka and the Assistant High Commissions in Chittagong, Rajshahi, Sylhet.
She arrives in New Delhi on a on two-day State Visit to India and first incoming bilateral visit after the formation of the government in India following the 18th Lok Sabha elections
Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed deep condolences and conveyed India’s readiness to extend all possible support and assistance to the Pacific island country in its time of difficulty.
