Jaipur, Rajasthan: Punjab-cadre IAS officer Vipul Ujwal has received national recognition as the Panchayat Advancement Index won the Gold Award at the National e-Governance Awards 2026, highlighting India’s progress in digital rural governance. The award was presented during the 29th National e-Governance Conference held in Jaipur, where several innovative government initiatives were honoured for excellence.
