Uttarakhand, April 11: Preparations are now underway to implement digital surveillance over every activity of devotees participating in the Char Dham Yatra. Much like the Amarnath Yatra, a proposal has been put forward to implement a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) system. This system will enable the administration to constantly monitor the whereabouts of every pilgrim.
