Imphal: Following the resignation of Manipur Chief Minister N. Biren Singh the authorities on Thursday announced to imposed a President’s Rule under Article 356 of the Constitution in the state. A notification available with The Savera times issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs reads that the President has received a report from the Governor.
