Jalandhar : Punjab Local Bodies Minister Balkar Singh today reviewed rural development projects, especially the utilization of funds under 15th Finance Commission, MNREGA and discretionary grants issued by cabinet ministers of the Punjab government. During a meeting with officials from the Rural Development and Panchayat Department and the Welfare Department, the minister assessed ongoing works.
