Patna: Acharya Kishore Kunal, a retired Indian Police Service (IPS) officer and founder of the Mahadev Mandir Trust in Bihar, died from a cardiac arrest on Sunday morning in Patna, as confirmed by his son. He was 73 years old. Kunal passed away at Mahavir Vatsalya Hospital. Following his retirement, he played a pivotal role.
