In a landmark decision, the Confederation of African Football (CAF) has overturned the outcome of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) final, stripping Senegal national football team of the championship and declaring Morocco national football team as the 2025 AFCON champions. CAF’s Appeal Board ruled that Senegal forfeited the match, recording a 3–0 win.
