Ludhiana: Punjab Police have arrested 3 members of a gang who used to steal tyres by putting a jack under the cars of people who came to the city markets for shopping. Police have also recovered stolen tyres from their possession. The shopkeeper to whom the accused used to remove the tyres and sell them.
