Ludhiana: Punjab Health and Family Welfare Minister Dr Balbir Singh, on Friday, dedicated a 30-bedded government hospital in Ludhiana North constituency. In the first phase, this hospital will be operated as a 10-bedded facility and later will be expanded to 30-beds. Required staff including two Medical Officers, nurses, pharmacists etc have also been deputed here..
