Kerala Chief Minister V D Satheesan met US Ambassador to India Sergio Gor in Kochi and discussed strengthening cooperation in education, tourism, investment, culture and maritime development.
Beijing: India’s envoy to China, Pradeep Kumar Rawat, and US Ambassador to China, David Perdue, met here and discussed growing engagement and shared interests between the two countries. David Perdue said in a post on X that the US-India relationship delivers real results through close cooperation in diverse areas, including defence, energy and through Quad.

New Delhi: The newly-appointed US Ambassador to India, Sergio Gor, is headed to India for a week-long visit starting October 9, informed the US Embassy and Consulates on Friday. The US Ambassador to India will be accompanied by Deputy Secretary for Management and Resources Michael J. Rigas. Both are travelling to India from October 9.
