The Punjab government has announced an initiative aimed at addressing workplace-related challenges faced by women employees. Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann said the Punjab Government would seek to ensure that women employees are posted within a radius of around 40 kilometres from their homes. The proposed approach is intended to make it easier for women.
