Beijing: China has issued a yellow alert for Typhoon Wipha as it approaches the southern coastal regions, bringing expected strong winds and heavy rainfall. The typhoon, located at 19.9°N latitude and 120.2°E longitude at 5 a.m. on Saturday, is moving northwest at a speed of 15-20 km/h. It is predicted to make landfall between Shenzhen.
