Young Man Hacked to Death in Mansa, Father Suspects Neighbours Behind Murder

This morning in the town of Budhlada in Mansa district, a young man was killed by unknown attackers with sharp weapons. The deceased has been identified as Rajdeep Singh, 29, a resident of the village Daryapur Khurd. The police have taken the body into custody and started an investigation.

Rajdeep Singh worked as a clerk in Budhlada’s vegetable market. Like every day, he left his home around 4 a.m. this morning to go to work. Near the railway crossing between Daryapur and Kulana, unknown attackers attacked him. Rajdeep Singh died on the spot in the attack.

Father suspected the neighbors

After committing the crime, the accused fled. The deceased, Rajdeep Singh, was married and had two children. The deceased’s father, Harbans Singh, and mother have expressed suspicion towards some people living in their neighborhood. They have demanded that the police investigate the matter seriously and arrest the culprits soon.

The police have sent the body to Civil Hospital Budhlada. Considering various aspects, the police are searching for the accused and are investigating the case in detail.
