DM Gagandeep Randhawa Case: No relief for Laljit Bhullar’s father from High Court

There is no immediate relief for Laljit Singh Bhullar’s father, Sukhdev Singh Bhullar, who is embroiled in the suicide case of  DM Gagandeep Singh Randhawa. The High Court has now summoned the complete call recording from the phone of the deceased, Gagandeep Randhawa, so that it can be determined from which number he was making calls.

In the case, the Punjab government said that his phone is currently with the FSL for forensic examination and will present the recording at the next hearing on August 24. The complete call recording from March 13 to March 21 has been summoned.

Sukhdev Singh Bhullar’s lawyer said that he never spoke to the deceased Randhawa during this period. It was only after receiving this information that the High Court summoned the complete call recording.

It is worth noting that Sukhdev Singh Bhullar and Laljit Bhullar’s PA, Dilbagh Singh, have not been arrested yet.

Sukhdev Bhullar has said in his bail plea that his health is not good and he is ready to participate in the investigation. He should be granted anticipatory bail.
