This action has been taken by the police department on charges of negligence while on duty at the counting center. According to information, the counting center in which this incident took place falls under City Police Station No. 2.
According to departmental sources, negligence is being considered in the security and management of the counting center, the responsibility of which was on the SHO. Due to this, Inspector Hardeep Singh has been suspended by the higher authorities with immediate effect.
