Itanagar: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Arunachal Pradesh on Monday to launch and lay the foundation stones of 13 development projects worth over ₹5,127 crore, before addressing a massive public gathering at Indira Gandhi Park here, officials said on Sunday. Preparations are in full swing, with roads being beautified and multiple stages being set.
