Dehradun, April 14: Social Welfare Minister Khajan Das paid homage to Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar today on the occasion of his birth anniversary. He paid tribute to the ‘Architect of the Constitution’ by garlanding the statue of Baba Saheb located at Ambedkar Park near the Clock Tower (Ghanta Ghar) and on DL Road in the state.
