New Delhi : A murdered man was found alive. Interestingly, it is not a script of any Bollywood movie but is part of a case file being examined by the Supreme Court. The case dates back to 2005, when Punjab police arrested a man under the provisions of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.
