Chandigarh: Punjab Congress President Amarinder Singh Raja Warring has landed in fresh trouble after Punjab SC Commission Chairman Jasbir Singh Garhi ordered his arrest for allegedly making derogatory remarks against former Union Minister Buta Singh. According to sources, DSP Kapurthala Hargurdev Singh was summoned to Chandigarh on Wednesday to explain why Warring had not yet.
