Bengaluru, Dec 13: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Karnataka has accused the Congress party and Rahul Gandhi of allegedly misusing funds meant for Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) welfare schemes in the state. BJP leaders termed the issue a ‘Dalit anyay’ (injustice) and claimed that the Congress had “looted” welfare resources meant.
