Taking aim at the Opposition, Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju on Sunday listed Congress-era actions, including the 1975 Emergency, and compared them with current committee-based selections for government agencies and institutions, adding that the public will understand as "people of India are not fools".
