Chandigarh: Under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, the Punjab government has given a new momentum to emergency healthcare services. Over the past year, the state has significantly strengthened its medical response system by expanding its fleet of GPS-enabled, high-tech ambulances. In July 2024, 58 new ambulances were added, followed by 46 more.
