New Delhi: Police in Delhi on Monday claimed to have busted a bizarre extortion plot where a man allegedly used his minor niece and a fake human thumb to demand Rs 5 crore from his acquaintance. Official sources said that three accused have been apprehended, including one juvenile in the case. The case was registered.
