Gurugram: The family of Sarthak Mattu, a 34-year-old Gurugram resident who died in a hit-and-run accident near Delhi’s Rajokri flyover, has accused the police of negligence and delaying action against the accused. His parents have demanded that the case be investigated under murder charges, alleging that the accused are still roaming free despite crucial evidence.
