Ludhiana: The team of Vigilance Bureau Ludhiana Range has arrested an advocate and booked total nine persons including a Tehsildar, a Nambardar, a registry clerk, a computer operator, buyer, property dealer and others for orchestrating a fraudulent land deal involving 14 Kanal of prime property in Ludhiana.
