Chandigarh: Sushma Gupta, honorary secretary of the Haryana State Council for Child Welfare (HSCCW), has been removed from her position. Governor Prof. Asim Kumar Ghosh issued a letter to this effect on June 21st. However, the letter does not specify the reason for Gupta’s removal from the post. Nor has any new appointment been made.
