Ludhiana: Rajya Sabha MP Vikramjit Singh Sahney, who switched from the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) to the BJP, has declared the Punjab government a complete failure. Sahney went so far as to assert that the very concept of governance is non-existent in Punjab and that the government is doing absolutely nothing. Sahney made these remarks.
