Amritsar: A young man was shot dead by unidentified miscreants in Punjab’s Amritsar district in a suspected robbery-cum-murder incident, triggering panic in the area and raising concerns over law and order. Youth Shot Dead in Broad Daylight The incident took place in the Rajasansi/Rajatal area of Amritsar, where the victim was reportedly intercepted by armed.
A shootout erupted in Amritsar’s Ranjit Avenue when police took criminal Vikramjeet for identification. The suspect was shot in the leg during the crossfire and is now hospitalized.
